General Ledger

GL is the central module of Accounting, and all other modules can be integrated with it. A variety of journal entry types exist, including system-posted entries, reversing, recurring, and manually posted entries. A statement editor facilitates creation of any number of financial statement formats. Financial statements can be printed or published for electronic distribution.

Accounts Payable

AP maintains vendor information, records manually entered as well as recurring vouchers, processes manual or system checks, pays specific vouchers, and selects vouchers for payment. A wide range of reports for cash requirements and vendor reconciliation is included.

Accounts Receivable

AR maintains customer information, records manually entered and recurring invoices with a variety of cycle types, and processes cash receipts - both A/R and miscellaneous. A wide variety of reports for collections activities, customer reconciliation, and income analysis are included. This module is often interfaced to the Order Entry module found in Distribution, or other software which generates billing information.

RETRIEVER Payroll

PR handles salary, wages, deductions, all types of pay periods, federal, state, and local tax requirements, and can easily be customized to handle the specific types of commission, pension, ESOP, 401K, and other plans required for a specific installation. All tables used for taxes, pay types, and deductions are user maintainable. The personnel function allows tracking of any amount of personnel information in an easily customizable data format. Direct deposit with ‘blind’ payroll stubs is available.

Third Party Payroll

Easily interfaces with third party payroll systems such as ADP.

Fixed Assets

Fixed assets provide a method for tracking assets by location and depreciating the assets. Book and tax depreciation are calculated and maintained, using a variety of depreciation methods. Other features such as bar coding and scanning can be customized and integrated with the customer's system to meet their specific needs.
